Privacy policy
Infoworks AB is the controller responsible for how we handle your personal data on infoworks.se. For privacy questions and requests about your rights, contact info@infoworks.se.
Contact enquiries and booking a call
Our booking form collects your name, company and email address. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call and follow up with you.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and communicating with people who request our services, under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Providing details is voluntary, but the form requires them to process your request. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the forms.
Book release notifications
Our book notification form collects your name, company and email address to let you know when The AI-Ready Intranet is available. By selecting “Notify me”, you consent to our using these details for this specific purpose, under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). This does not subscribe you to an ongoing newsletter.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@infoworks.se. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. If you do not wish to provide your details, you do not need to submit the form.
Hosting, security and service providers
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. This involves processing technical details such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser information. Our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website is the legal basis for this processing.
Form submissions are emailed through Resend to our Microsoft 365 business mailbox. Resend is configured to send from its EU region in Ireland. This does not mean all processing by our providers always takes place within the EU/EEA. Details are accessible to people at Infoworks and providers who need them to handle your request, deliver the services or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers must use applicable safeguards, for example European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses with additional safeguards where necessary. Contact us for details of transfers and safeguards applicable to your data, or to request a copy of relevant safeguards.
How long we keep your details
We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Book notification details are needed until the notification has been sent or you withdraw consent. Details should then be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, except where retention is necessary for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Email providers’ operational logs and backups may have separate retention periods. Contact us to ask what details we hold about you or request deletion.
Cookies and visitor statistics
When you visit the root homepage, we select a language using your browser’s language preferences. If you manually choose Swedish or English, we save that choice in the functional cookie infoworks_language for six months. It is used only to remember your chosen language. Direct links to other pages do not change language automatically.
Our website code does not use advertising cookies or cookies to track you across websites. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated visitor and performance statistics, such as page views and loading times. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies, browser storage or fingerprinting to identify visitors.
Cloudflare security features may use technically necessary cookies when needed. Ordinary LinkedIn links open a separate website, where LinkedIn’s own terms and privacy information apply. We do not embed LinkedIn tracking tools on our pages.
Your rights
You can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent and, where the conditions apply, request data portability. These rights may be subject to exceptions under GDPR.
Email info@infoworks.se to exercise your rights. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). We do not use form submissions for automated decision-making or profiling.
